ZTA-100
Zero-Trust CDR Fundamentals
What it measures
Whether you can explain Glasswall Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR) accurately to a customer or an auditor: how files are inspected, rebuilt, cleaned and delivered, what a policy does, which Glasswall product answers which need, and how the products are deployed at overview level. The exam is about Glasswall products only. It does not ask about commands or chart values.
Who it is for
Anyone who talks about Glasswall CDR with customers, sponsors a rollout, or is starting a technical career with Glasswall products. No hands-on experience is required.
Skills measured
| Domain | Weight |
|---|---|
| CDR concepts and the inspect, rebuild, clean, deliver process | 35 % |
| Policies, risky content types and supported file types | 25 % |
| The Glasswall product family (Halo, Embedded Engine, Meteor, Foresight) and where each fits | 20 % |
| Deployment shapes and integration patterns at overview level | 20 % |
How it is delivered
ZTA-100 is free, online and un-proctored. It is delivered inside the Academy on your partner account, not by an outside exam provider, and the result is recorded on your partner account. 40 multiple-choice items (single answer and “select all that apply”), 60 minutes, pass mark 70 %. Valid for 24 months. The panel beside this page says whether the exam is open.
Who issues it
The Zero-Trust Academy certifications are issued and operated by Safeware, a Glasswall partner, not by Glasswall Solutions Limited. Glasswall, Halo, Embedded Engine, Meteor and Foresight are trademarks of Glasswall Solutions Limited and are used to describe the products the exam covers.
